A Path of Eastern Front of World War I will be created in the Malopolska region. It will include museums, battlefields, war cemeteries, strongholds and preserved trenches. Similar thematic path, aiming at preserving still existing relics of World War I, is planned in the Podkarpackie region.

A Western City in Żory

By spring 2011, a Western City will be created in Żory, a Silensian town with a population of 60.000. The site, inspired by the 19th century American Wild West, will include a hotel, as well as restaurants and entertainment and recreation facilities. The costs of this enterprise, PLN 21.000.000, will be partially covered with EU funds.
