Polish scientists discovered unknown particle of earth
Polish physicists, who designed special machine testing unknown particles of earth, are very successful. Their machine, installed in Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland (near Genève), detected muons, elementary particles with negative electric charge, which is an effect of collision of two protons.

First Polish satellites
The Astronomic Centre of Polish Academy of Science and The Centre of Cosmic Researches in Warsaw were given 15 million euro (3.5 million euro) for their new project – building two small research satellites. “It will be first ever Polish satellites in space” – said dr hab. Aleksander Schwarzenberg-Czerny from The Astronomic Centre of Polish Academy of Science.
