Culinary feast in Wrocław on 4th June

The anniversary of first democratic elections in Poland will be celebrated in Wrocław in original way. The market square will be turned into an enormous kitchen and restaurant, where everyone will be able to taste dishes from all over Europe. The menu will be decided by Robert Makłowicz and Piotr Bikont, a duo that created a popular TV culinary show.

Cuisine of the Eastern borderlands

Polish Eastern borderlands have got their own traditional cuisine. Also Eastern dishes are little bit different than in other parts of our country. The most important dish is “kulebiak”. It is a huge dumpling made of yeasty pastry with vegetables or meat. It is not sweet. Classic “kulebiak” is made of cabbage and eggs inside the pastry.

First Polish shop selling mature sheep’s milk cheese

There will be first ever shop that will be selling mature sheep’s milk cheese. This kind of cheese will be produced by well known Polish businessman – Roman Kluska, the founder of OPTIMUS. He parted with IT business and today he is well known philanthropist and…farmer.
