Kuyavian czarnina ( a duck soup) and Bronislavian dandelion (a dandelion syrup), both coming from the Kuyavia-Pomerania province, have been included in the list of traditional products by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Earlier, the list already featured 21 other dishes and food products from this region.
