It is believed that American computer company IBM will invest in Europe. The company which is one of the biggest in the world decided to build their informatics and service centre in Wrocław, employing three thousand people with higher education.

European Commission extends privatization time again

After a fiasco with Qatar shipyard investor Poland was in difficult position again. The second deadline given by the EC has passed for selling Gdynia and Szczecin shipyards. However EC showed understanding of “unpredicted circumstances” and gave Polish government more time to sell both shipyards.

DSG International moves away from Polish market

British Company DSG International has sold eight Electro World chain stores in Poland for just 1 euro. The Brits also own Currys and PC World in their domestic market as well as Elkjop in the Nordic region and UniEuro in Italy.
