Award for Poles for fighting against cancer
Polish prophylactic programme detecting cancer of womb has been awarded with “Pearl of Wisdom” Prize of European Womb Cancer Association. The project has been chosen as the best among 17 other propositions. The prize will be collected by Professor Marek Spaczyński who is s coordinator of the project and vice-ministry of National Health – Marek Twardowski.

“Pig’s flu will soon be gone”
Polish Ministry of National Health – Ewa Kopacz informed that the number of people suffering from A/H1N1 was going down. “Pig’s flu is similar to normal influenza. There is no risk for Polish patients” – explained Kopacz.
