OPPA Festival in Warsaw
OPPA Festival means Acting Interpretation of Song Contest which will take place on the 21th – 27th November 2009. First OPPA Festival took place in 1978 in Hybrydy club. 31 years old history of the festival coincided with tumultuous history of Polish politics what caused that sometimes communist government forbad it.
