Horrible snowstorms in Poland

Very strong wind and intensive snowfalls and rains appeared in Poland, especially its north-west part. The strong gale made many troubles for example in Elbląg where several thousand of citizens had no electricity. The city is also threatened with flooding from the Wiślany Lagoon.

Russia attacked Poland in cyberspace

Polish administration servers were attacked by hackers. It was not a joke, but an organized action that came form Russia. The attack took place after Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visited Poland. The Internal Security Agency (ABW) did take care of this case.

Archaeologists dug up a bottle with wishes

The bottle was found 1.5 m underground in a garden at Kościeleccy Square 6 in Bydgoszcz. There were 20 letters in the bottle from oranżada (traditional Polish juice). As it turned out, all letters contained many wishes, promises and resolutions of young children.

Jarosław Lindenberg - Polish ambassador in Montenegro - was wounded by a lightning - Associated Press Agency informs. Their source in Podgorica hospital informed them that Polish diplomat was brought to the hospital with a broken arm and numerous burns.

Katowice airport launched a website in Italian

The Italian version of International Katowice Airport that is located in nearby Pyrzowice has been launched. It is an answer to increasing interest of Italians willing to use the airport. Also a Ukrainian language site was opened last month.
