Polish association of World War II victims intend to sue German government for the sufferings caused by Hitler army.

- Several associations has applied. Some numbers several thousand people – said lawyer Roman Nowosielski to daily "Poland". This advocate, as first in our country, spoke against Germany (RFN) and has demanded million zlotys compensation for Winicjusz Natoniewskiego from Lublewo who, when he was a child, was severely burned during the pacification of the village of Lublin in 1944.

Organizations, however, have not yet made suits, because everyone is waiting for the outcome of the precedent Natoniewski’s case. For now, the court of both the first and second instance rejected his claim. They claimed that it is unacceptable. They also argued that the German government is protected by immunity similar to that which has the deputy or judge. Nowosielski’s patron has already appealed to the Supreme Court. Nazism victims are waiting for its verdict.
