30-year-old man of Polish descent was shot dead by the police in the Netherlands – announced Dutch ANP agency.
The incident occurred on Wednesday in Veenendaal. Officers were called because 30 years-old man, armed with a knife, was behaving aggressively. The police decided to use weapons during the intervention.
Seven police officers took part in this action. An investigation concerning this case is being held.
