Police stated that 13 children were killed in a fire of social hotel in Kamieniec Pomorski. Such information was given by Court Medicine Department in Szczecin where burned remains of human bodies are identified. It is still to early to determine names of those children, but what is already known is that they were aged from 3 to over a dozen years.

When the fire started children were in the worst position. Defenseless, lost in rooms full of smoke couldn't get out of the burning building. If they were not helped by adults, they died in flames.

Unfortunately body identification process started yesterday shows that most of victims were children.

However final identification can last for a long time. The remains are so badly burned that genetic material analysis will be necessary. Now those remains were transported to Court Medicine Department in Szczecin.
