Warsaw's Festival of Artistic Photography
Yesterday a fifth edition of Warsaw's Festival of Artistic Photography has started. The capital city of Poland will be visited by Poland and world's finest photographers.
Czech photography will be a main theme of this year's edition. Jindřich Štreit, a very popular photographer from Prague will have his retrospective and representatives of classical Czech avant-garde (František Drtikol, Jaroslav Rössler i Eugen Wiskovsky) are going to present their work. Guests will also be able to see an exhibiton called " Nudity in Czech photography in years 1960-2000", where work of Jan Sudak and Ivan Pinkavy will be presented.
The program of Warsaw's Festival of Artistic Photography is extremly rich this year. Apart from Czech photos one will be able to see masterpieces of Chris Niedenthal, Oiko Petersena and Polish artists such as Monika Bereżecka and Monika Redzisz.
