Best Polish tennis player – Agnieszka Radwańska is taking part in the WTA tournament, at Foro Italico Tennis Court in Rome. Polish star won with Aravane Rezai and wet through to the next round.
It was a closely fought game of WTA Premier 5 Tour (2 million dollars pool). What is more Radwańska's game was interrupted by the rain and thunderstorm. Only Ukrainian beauty – Katarina Bondaryenko was able to finish her game before the storm. Radwańska had to wait till the evening.
The game started again at 21.30. Radwańska spent two hours at the court because Rezai did not want to lie down easily. The final score was 4-6, 6-2 7-6 (9-7) what shows dogged determination of both tennis players. However Radwańska is 10th in WTA ranking while Rezai is 108th there was no skill difference between both stars. Agnieszka Radwańska was winning 5-0 in the last set, but Rezai was able to even the score. Fortunately Radwańska beat French player 7-6 (9-7) in tie-break.
