According to Polish Prime Minister only German people are responsible for all displacement during and after the war. German Christian Democracy Party wants international condemnation for this situation. The party says that Polish government was one and only reason that German citizen lost their homes.

CDU and CSU (both parties and Polish Civic Platform belong to European People’s Party) gave their official statement according to which they do not want new members in the European Union. Besides that they demand that international society should condemn all displacement of German citizens. “We do believe that all displacement should be condemned. What is more we think that European law has been broken” – said members of CDU and CSU.

Donald Tusk, who was asked to comment this statement, said that our position on this matter is known; “I know that displacements were very horrible for everyone. Also Polish citizens could have experienced these feelings. We do not agree with this problem. I do condemn all displacement connected with the war. I also know that Polish society do not accept displacements. But we must know that Adolf Hitler, his government, Nazis and the Third Reich were responsible for all effects of the war. Displacement are also included” – said Donald Tusk.
