Farmer killed by thunder

48 years old farmer from Radom was killed by a thunder while he was working in the fields. His friend who was helping him is seriously injured and stays in the hospital.
The accident occurred yesterday at 7 p.m. Three farmers were working in the fields when suddenly the storm came. They wanted to leave their field so one of them decided to put away their equipment. The farmer was unluckily hit by a thunder. Unfortunately he was dead when the ambulance arrived. The other farmer is conscious but seriously injured.
“There was not three, no metal agricultural machines so I have to say that both men were very unlucky” – said Rafał Sułecki from a press department of the police in Mazowsze.
