Two years old girl fell off a balcony
A two years old girl guarded by a drunk grandmother fell off a balcony. The child is in hospital. It's state is critical. This tragedy took place in a small housing estate in peaceful Opoczno.
After a death of mother of the two years old, the 61 years old grandmother has been the only legal guardian of a child. The old lady is very sick, but it did not stop her from having "a few" drinks. She had 1.3 pro mile alcohol in her blood at the point of being stopped.
The girl was transported by a helicopter to a Mother Pole Health Center Institute in Łódź. Because of a bad health a grandmother could not be detained. The case will be judged by a Court of Justice in Łódź. On the one hand a drunk lady can spend 5 years in prison, but on the other a little child can become an orphan.
