A Pole won YouTube contest
Polish citizen – Łukasz Szozda became one of six winners of an international contest promoting democracy called “Democracy video challenge”, organized by well known International website – “YouTube”.
There were six winners from each continent. The contest was announced in 2008 in order to propagate democracy and its ideology. The organizers of this event carried out many thematic meetings and conferences supporting the contest.
This international contest has been organized by the Department of the State of the United States of America, NBC Universal, the National Democratic Institute, the Centre of International Privet Enterprise, the Directors Guild of America, the International Youth Foundation, the International Republican Institute, the Motion Pictures Association of America, New York University, the University of Southern California and YouTube.
