Brave Festival in Wroclaw
During the Brave Festival there will be shown many interesting and fascinating films which were produced in exotic parts of our planet, for example in Venezuela, South Korea, Iran or Turkmenistan. Subject matters of those films are much diversified including religion and faith. It can be one and only occasion for Polish viewer to see those film on a silver screen.
Visitors of the festival will have chance to see 30 documentary films which were produced in various part of Earth. Many of them tell the story of religiousness of secular people. Most of documentary films shown during the festival will be played at “Warsaw Cinema” in Wroclaw. Organizers of the festival that will be started on the 7th and last till 11th of July, named it “Against turning out from the faith”. They will try to show us that our religious observances are similar to rituals. Our religion is like experience which can integrate whole communities. So it can be said that it similar to sport, art or political system.
The festival may be very interesting for those who like seeing exotic films from exotic countries or religion is very important in their lives. They will have opportunity to meet very different religions and rituals connected with them.
