Dark clouds have appeared over Poland and EURO 2012. UEFA have threatened to take the tournament away from Poland because Poland has started interfering in UEFA matters. Martin Kallen said that Poland might be in trouble because of their unrealistic ideas.

Polish members of PL.2012 which is led by Marcin Herra and authorities of the cities which will organise the tournament decided to organize all the events themselves. They have sent their special letter including all information about Polish ideas.

European Centre of UEFA does not want to hear about this idea and negotiate with Polish side. The answer of UEFA was very evocative: “Give up with this idea or we will take the tournament away from Poland”. According to UEFA, Polish project is against previous agreement signed between Poland government and UEFA.

UEFA is really shocked and infuriated about Polish behaviour. Martin Kallen arrived to Poland as soon as it was possible in order to solve the problem. He said that if PL 2012 did not give up the idea of organizing EURO 2012 events themselves, UEFA would breach all agreements signed with Poland. What is worse, Polish government will have to pay a huge compensation.
