Agnieszka Radwańska lost against Venus Williams 1:6, 2:6 in a quarterfinal of Wimbledon at All England Club in London. The result shows very well the course of the game that lasted just over an hour. Higher ranked Williams confirmed that she enjoys playing against Radwańska and she had no trouble going into the semis.
She will play there against number one of the tournament Dinara Safina, who won with a German of Polish origin Sabine Lisiecki 6:7 (5-7), 6:4, 6:1.
After today’s performance Venus Williams started to be a red hot favorite to win the whole tournament yet again.
