We can expect strong hailstorms
The emergency services in the Warmian-Masurian and the Masovian voivodeships warn people of strong winds and hailstorms.
The storms are expected on Wednesday on the whole territory. The Emergency Management in Warsaw forecast that the storm will be accompanied with occassional showers, however, here and there, may fall as much as 40 liters of water per square meter. Wind gusts up to 90kph! The fire brigade warns people and asks to take safety precautions against the weather.
It reccommended not to leave cars under a tree and remove all unsecured objects from the balconies. 'The fire brigade from Warmia and Masuria appealed to the sailors to come back to the ports and moor their yachts." said a fire warden of the State Fire Brigade in Olsztyn.
