World-famous sailing ships came to Gdynia to take part in one of the biggest sailing events – “The Tall Ships Races”. In total there are over 100 sailing ships including “Dar Pomorza”, which is the biggest and most famous Polish ship.

The event will not only attract enthusiasts of white sail but also tourists and other visitors. 106 sailing ships including biggest Russian “Siedovem” may impress everyone. There are also many other famous ships like British “Lord Nelson” (adapted for disabled crew), German “Alexander van Humboldt” (famous for its green sail and hull), our “Dar Pomorza” (which celebrates 100th anniversary) and “Dar Młodzierzy”.

“The Tall Ships Races” is also diversified by other, numerous events, like: sport fete on the beach, parade of crews or performance titled “Sailing” (with special light and laser effects), dedicated to “Dar Pomorza”.
