Robert Kubica accelerates sales of BMW cars
Sales of BMW cars in Poland has been raising since Robet Kubica joined BMW-Sauber F1 Team – writes well known Polish economic web site “Puls Biznesu”.
Despite of the fact that German company did not carry out its researches, according to Diana Poteralska-Łyżnik from BMW Poland, BMW is more popular in Poland than before. “There are many supporters of Robert Kubica in Poland who identifies with him. It means that they like BMW as well” – said the spokesman.
But BMW-Sauber has decided to stop racing in F1, what means that Kubica will be without the team. But representatives from Toyota and Renault say that it will be good to have Kubica in their teams. The reason is very simple. It may cause increase in sales.
Grzegorz Terlecki from Reanult Poland said that many people had decided to buy Renault Clio and Megane when Robert was World Series driver. It was very good for our brand. Also Jarosław Bąk from Toyota said that Kubica would help his company. “Poles are patriots so they would buy the same car as Kubica drives”.
