Polish supermarket in Eccles, which is a part of Manchester were set on fire. The shop was opened just two weeks ago. Owners and Police are sure that it was arson.

A witness saw a man that was circling around the shop. Then he returned with a burning rug, which he threw at the door.

Polish couple with a two years old baby (owners of the shop) were on the first floor at this time in their apartment. When they realized that there was fire in the shop, they managed to escape before fire brigades came to their rescue.

It was not the first attack on the shop in Eccles. On the opening day somebody smashed the windows. They also received anonymous calls with threats before.
