Polish cardinal Dziwisz thinks that documents given to National Memory Institute (IPN) yesterday do not reveal all uncertainties connected with failed assassination attempt on Pope John Paul II.

Protocols with Ali Agca testimony and testimonies of other three people suspected of preparing the assassination were sent to IPN by Italian Court, which conducted the trail.

- I wonder if we can find anything that would lead us to people who contracted Agca to do the job - cardinal Dziwisz said. However he did show that he is skeptical about it. -I guess we will not know who signed a death sentence for John Paul II - he added.

Cardinal Dziwisz thinks that the whole trail of Ali Agca was political - Politicians wanted to finish this court proceeding as soon as possible, as it interfered with their international interests. The truth was not revealed- he says.
