Lech Poznan is out of European football cups

Despite of the fact that Lech Poznan has won their first game against FC Brugge, Polish team will not play in a group stage of the Europa League.
Polish best team has lost 0-1 on the second leg what meant that extra time and penalties. Lech was close to score in extra time, but Bartosz Bosacki’ s shot at goal landed on the bar. After 120 minutes there was 1-0 for FC Brugge so the referee announced penalty kicks. Unfortunately Serbian defender – Ivan Durdjevic and Peruvian striker – Hernan Rengifo missed, and Lech lost the game. It means that Polish football is on the bottom, because we do not have any team in European cups. It sound like a tragedy but it is true. Polish league football is miserable…
