Very good race of Robert Kubica
Belgian GP in Spa was full of dramaturgy this season. As Alfred Hitchcock said the good thriller started with an earthquake and then its get more intensive. So was the race.
It started with a start, where lot of cars made contact. Two drivers Robert Kubica and Kimmi Raikkonen were able to use that situation to get just behind Giancarlo Fisichella.
Later on the same lap there was a 4 car crash involving Jenson Button, current driver’s championship leader and Lewis Hamilton, the Champion from last year. Safety car had to be introduced. After it has left the track, red Ferrari of Kimmi overtook Force India of Fisichella. Kubica was third.
For the most of the race there was quite a lot of overtaking in among drivers in positions 7-14, but top 3 drivers were not endangered. However Sebastian Vettel, who was fight started to be the fasted driver in the middle of the race. He managed to overtake Kubica in pit stop and moved to third position.
When everybody thought nothing interesting will happen Nick Heidfeld tried to attack his team colleague Kubica, but the Pole showed why he is considered to be a better driver than the German.
Next GP is going to take place in Italy in two weeks.
