Navigation in Vistula Lagoon
Polish and Russian vice-minsters have signed an agreement about navigation in the Vistula Lagoon.
Thanks to this agreement it is available to navigate in the Vistula Lagoon without breaking local and international law. Also local authorities and Russian side agreed on Vistula Lagoon navigation. The agreement is very modern and adjusted to Polish and Russian needs. It regulates particular rules of navigation of Polish and Russian ships and also basic terms of crossing Polish-Russian border.
The Vistula Lagoon is a water lagoon on the Baltic Sea separated from Gdansk by the Vistula Spit. The lagoon situated near Kaliningrad Oblast, which owns to Russia. It is split between Poland and Russia what brings many political and legal problem. Today it seems that everything is ok.
