European tour of Nicolaus Copernicus’ works
Reprint of famous work of Nicolaus Copernicus - “De revolutionibus orbium coelestium” (On the Revolutions of the Heavenly Spheres by Nicolaus Copernicus of Torin) will have a big tournee via whole Europe. Within next eleven days, the book will visit ten European cities.
The project is called – “Copernicus in Europe”, so its organizers decided to make the work available for citizens in other European countries. “On the Revolutions of the Heavenly Spheres by Nicolaus Copernicus of Torin” will visit: Cracow, Budapest, Wien, Linz, Milano, Lyon, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and Gottingen. Another attraction of the project is possibility to see the sky via a sun telescope.
The tournee will be recorded in order to record a documentary film about Copernicus and his work. On the Revolutions of the Heavenly Spheres by Nicolaus Copernicus of Torin will be back in Toruń on the 14th of September.
