2 years in prison for exposing 15 years old girl to HIV
Wiesław Sz. who knew about his HIV infection and decided to have sexual intercourses with 15 years old teenager, will spend two next years and three months in prison. But the prosecutor will also charge him with possessing illegal children pornography.
The man met the girl after leaving prison where he was doing time for murder attends. According to prosecutor’s office, Wiesław Sz. has been infected since 1990. The HIV carrier left the prison and started travelling across Poland, selling handmade necklaces. When he was staying in Cracow, he met many women.
The criminal met 15 years old girl via the Internet. She escaped from home and tried to find a new friend. They met each other and started having sexual intercourses. Wiesław Sz. did not tell her about his horrible disease and he could not explain why he forgot about it. Fortunately the girl is not infected. He was sentenced for two years and three months what was requested by the prosecutor.
