Polish government decided to find foreign buyers for Polish shipyards in Gdansk and Szczecin. According to the government probable buyers will have to guarantee to confirm the agreement three days before signing. Everything is connected with last failure of signing appropriate agreements.

Despite of the incident that happened last time, the European Commission gave a green light to Polish government and the procedure may be repeated one more time. Everything begins on Wednesday when the government will publish their advertisements in “The Economist” and “Financial Times”.

Also the Industrial Development Agency decided to publish a special issue of “Economic and Industry” that be sent to embassies in many countries. These endeavours should help in finding potential buyers what is not so simple as it looks to be.
