We want to make it safe and comfortable for all drivers” – explained Lech Witecki from the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways. In 2009 Poland will spend 22 billion zloty (5 billion euro) while in 2010 it will be 34 billion zloty (8 billion euro). 2010 will be record year, because the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways has never spent 34 billion zloty within one year.
