Ryanair is going to give Wroclaw wings
Ryanair came back to talk about their base in Wroclaw. If the contract is signed, we will be able to fly to Paris and Sicily.
After 1.5 years Irish budget airlines Ryanair started negotiations with Wrocław concerning their plane base that would be established in spring 2010. It would be a great success for the city. Ryanair planes would stay overnight in Wrocław and would fly to all European cities. It would also allow the airport to hire coupe of hundreds new employees.
Ryanair representatives have ideas for new connections already. -We see the potential in flights to Italy and Spain - they said. However they did not specify potential cities.
If the base is located in Poland, there bound to be connections to other "base" cities such as Milan or Pisa.
Ryanair is the biggest budget airline in the world. It was established in 1985 by Tony Rayan.
