Polish documentary is going to fight for Oscar award

Polish documentary "Berliner Rabbit" directed by Bartek Konopko has a chance to win Oscar award in the best short documentary movie category. The film itself is an allegory that shows the history of Eastern Europe from... rabbit's perspective.
The American Film Academy has short listed the film to potential nominees to Oscar 2010 award. The film is going to have its premiere on 4th December. It is a story of a wild rabbit that lived with thousand other rabbits in death zone of Berliner Wall.
