Poland will pay 450 million euro as a financial support for Opel. According to German plan of saving this important company, every country with a factory of Opel should participate in financial assistance.

But Polish Prime Minster made many conditions: firstly is that nobody can be dismissed, secondly every eurocent will be transferred to the factory in Gliwice and not other countries. Donald Tusk is ready to pay 450 million euro because financial condition of German giant is not the best – informed RMF FM. Also British factory of Opel (Vauxhall) has already signed similar agreement according to which nobody can be dismissed. Polish factory is in better situation because there will not be any financial cut what may be possible in England.

Thanks to those decisions Opel will be sold by General Motors to Austrian-American consortium – Magna. GM wants to sell 55 % of their shares in order to save Opel.
