Robert Kubica finished second in Brazil
Polish driver of BMW Sauber Team took second place during the Grand Prix of Brazil. The race which took place on Interlagos F1 race track was very exciting and interesting.
The race was won by Australian driver – Marc Webber from Red Bull Racing Team, Kubica was second while Englishman – Lewis Hamilton finished third. We know the new world champion who is British driver Jenson Button (GP Brown).
Interlagos race was started with a horrible looking car crash of Fernando Alonso, Jarno Trulli and Adrian Suttil. After the crash there appeared a famous safety car and Kubica moved to third place. After 50 laps Kubica took second place because German driver Sebastian Vettel had to visit his pit stop. Polish driver could easily control his opponents and finish the race as a real winner.
This season was not too successful for Kubica because his car was not prepared professionally. The construction was too heavy while the engine was much slower than in other cars. SO BMW Sauber should be happy about Kubica’s second place, who moves to Renault next season. Maybe French team will give him chances to show his abilities.
