Highlanders about Polish weather
Indian summer is ahead of us, but we must wait till the beginning of December – say highlanders. Foehn wind will certainly bring warm spell and melt down all snow lying in high mountains. Traditional Polish autumn will come back to Poland.
According to highlanders, there will also be very snowy winter, but little bit later then normally, maybe in the end of December (at Christmas time). It will be possible to skiing what is very good information for every enthusiast of this fantastic sport.
Last week was very snowy in Zakopane (50 centimetres), but sometimes there is snowy in September. But the real winter comes when snow appears third time a year. We had very hot summer what means that next winter will be frosty, snowy and serve. It is believed in Poland that highlanders can predict our weather better than anybody...so we should believe them.
