All About Freedom in Gdańsk
The laureate of well known music award – Mercury Prize plus many Polish and foreign stars – this is an abstract version of this year schedule of All Freedom Festival. The event will start on the 11th of November.
The event is organized by the European Solidarity Centre and its main goal is to promote the idea of freedom and independence. This year meeting with music, theatre and film is inspired by motto – “(R)Evolution of Independence”.
The most interesting part of the festival should music concerts. Poland will be represented by popular rapper – L.U.C. who will also give a concert with Zbigniew Namysłowski and Leszek Możdżer on the 11th of October in Gdańsk. The title of this concert is “38/89 Understanding Poland” what will be like a journey through 50 years of Polish fight against totalitarianism.
The other concert will take place on the 20th of October in the Shipyard of Gdańsk. The main stars of the day will be alternative band BiFF, Swedish star Wildbirds & Peacedrums and famous British hip hop star Speech Debele (awarded with Mercury Prize).
