IVth Festival of Mobile Phone Films "OFFK-a"

It is going to be the 4th edition of Mobile Phone Films Festival "OFFK-a" organized by Bałuty Culture Center in Łódź.
It is the first in Poland and second in the world Festival of Films made using mobile phone cameras. The main prize last year was given to Adam Wendel for his "Zidane's lawn" film. This year's edition has also interesting prizes: special statures, a year long subscription to "Mobile Internet" magazine and HTC Tatoo mobile phones.
The grand finale of this year's edition is planed to take place on 21st November 2009 at 6 o'clock in National Theater, Film and TV University in Łódź at Targowa Street 61/63.
