On 26th October TVP Polonia journalists were making a documentary about Polish language in Irish schools. The car that they used was attacked by the group of young Irishmen with stones and fireworks. In the end the car was set on fire. Fortunately journalists were not inside the vehicle.

Fire brigade that came to the scene was unable to put out the fire as Irish youngsters were aggressive. When Polish camera operator tried to go to the car they stopped him, as it could have been dangerous for him as there was a possibility of an attack.

One of journalists called local Police, but Policemen were afraid to come out of a car and looked as excited youngsters full of rage moved a car by good 300 meters.

Polish consulate in Dublin tries to resolve this case, but local Police claims not to have any registration of incident involving Poles. The case is going to be investigated by the Police Headquarters in Dublin.
