Abu Dhabi race is going to take place on Sunday, but news from United Emirates are flowing with a speed of light today.

First of all Lewis Hamilton has won the first ever training session on the impressive new circuit and made yet another record in a history book. Robert Kubica was 11th. Secondly this race is going to be the last one of BMW in F1 and Sauber left on its own is not certain if he can get a license for his team as the last place in the grid was awarded to Lotus.

The pit lane is still speculating about driver’s movement. Apart from possible employees of Kimi Raikkonen also the topic of Robert Kubica partner in Renault is discussed. At the moment only two solutions are possible. It is going to be either Nick Heidfeld or Timo Glock. Taking into consideration the fact that Nick is sick and tired of being number two behind Kubica (even though he thinks he is faster than the Pole), it is more likely that ambitious Glock is going to get the job.

Some sources say that the young German is going to come back from Abu Dhabi with a new contract.
