10 kilos of marijuana found in a village near Puławy
Polish police from PuÅ‚awy informed about their interesting find in one of private house near PuÅ‚awy. It was 10 kilo of marihuana. Illegal shrubs were hidden in a special, plastic tent – informed Polish Press Agency.
“The police was informed about illegal plantation by anonymous informer who might have had valuable information about this crime. The police decided not to ignore this information and check the property. The officers found many shrubs in a plastic tent while packed box of drugs were hidden inside the house” – explained Renata Laszczak-Rusak from the police in PuÅ‚awy.
The police seized more than 10 kilo of dried cannabis indica, what means 6 thousand fixes.
All illegal drugs were worth around 120 thousand zloty (40 thousand euro). 30 years old owner of the property explained that he had not known anything about the drugs and those shrubs had been growing by itself. The man was detained and taken to jail. He may be sentenced even to 8 years behind the bars. The police will also check if the man was a dealer.
