Horrible accident of Polish helicopter
3 people died in a crash of military helicopter that occurred near Belarusian border. The machine owned to the boarder guards.
“49 years old pilot was very experienced and it was a routine flight over Polish border” – said Adam Rapacki from the Ministry of Interior and Administration. Three experienced officers are dead: 49 years old pilot, 35 years old navigator and 34 years old operator.
“We lost communication with our helicopter at 6 p.m. so we decided to start a rescue action. W found the machine at 4 a.m. but unfortunately it was completely damaged. Nobody could survived this horrible crash” – added Rapacki.
The investigation has already been started what can main cause of the crash. “We will be cooperating with Belarusian friends in order to find out the truth. We think that our helicopter crashed with enormous power. All I know is that 3 years old machine was in very good technical condition. I am so sorry that we lost those fantastic officers and I am sure we will take care of their families” – explained vice-Minister.
