Doda among most trendy artists in Europe
This is the first time in history of Polish MTV that an artist from Poland is among nominees to The Best European Vocalist Award - manager of Doda stated during press conference.
Doda has a first chance in her career to win such a prestigious award, as she was associated with bad taste and teenagers until now. Despite that she was voted the best Polish artists as her teenager fans sent thousand of mails and SMS to help her win that category.
The MTV Europe Music Awards gala event is going to be held in Berlin on 5th November. The event is going to be hosted by Katy Perry and well know artists such as Shakira, Green Day, Foo Fighters, Jay-Z, Leona Lewis, Tokyo Hotel are going to perform live. Also celebrities such as Boris Baker, Backstreet Boys, Jean Reno and Juliette Lewis are going to feature in this ceremony.
