Politicians form Civic Platform Civic Platform wants to bring Lech Kaczyński to an investigative commission which investigates ‘gambling affair’. According to them, Lech Kaczyński tried to lobby for one company organizing video-lotteries.

But is it really possible that Polish President will be testifying? Nobody can answer this question because of difficult and tangled law. Its interpretation is not too clear even for professional lawyers. According to so far interpretations of the Constitutional Tribunal it is not possible to bring Lech Kaczyński to an investigative commission´- explains constitutional law expert – dr Ryszard Piotrowski. But Civic Platform stays pertinacious – “If something is not clear we should explain that” – underlined one of Civic Platform members. “We do have information that proves that Lech Kaczyński committed a crime. Lech Kaczyński was lobbying for one company “.
