Jazztopad in Wrocław

Jazztopad is becoming more and more popular among jazz festivals in Poland. This year's VIth edition starts on 6th November and finishes on 29th November. Jazztopad lure biggest world stars such as Wayne Sorter or Scandinavian pianist Bobo Stenson, who has worked with Tomasz Stańko, Ronny Rollins, Stan Get or Don Cherry.
After star performances we will be able to see results of JazzLab work that continues the idea of JazzPlaysEuropethat was established to promote young jazz artists.
The Festival is going to end with a concert of Kenny Wheeler. This famous composer has composed especially for the Festival. His new works are going to be played by Lutosławski Quartet and sung by Diana Torto.
