“I have to lose at least 20 kilo” – said Lech Wałęsa during his interview for OTK FM Radio. Former president visited the USA in order to control his heath and peacemaker so the doctors advised him to go on a diet. What is more important, this diet should be very strict.

Wałęsa should train every day and it may be enough to lose weight. “I tried to ride my bicycle but I did it too fast and hard so I had problems with my legs. I always try to do all my best” – explained the president.
The Nobel Prize winner should stop eating spicy food and be little less nervous. “My stomach is very good, like goat’s one which turns all food into muscles very fast. But maybe my stomach wants to store up because of hard times...?” asked Lech Wałęsa.
