Former Polish Prime Minister unemployed
Former Polish Prime Minister Jan Krzysztof Bielecki is not going to be the chairman of Peakao SA due to a disagreement with Italian headquarters of UniCredit, which controls the Polish bank.
The bone of contention is a new management system that that requires different bank divisions to report directly to UniCredit headquarters, bypassing Bielecki.
Such solution was not accepted by him as his role would be marginalized.
