Polish home made beer is going to be sold in shops
French people have their Beaujolais Nouveau, a seasonal young wine that is sold in November. Poles did not want to be worse, so they have decided to sell the best home made beer in shops. The Bracki Koźlak Dubeltowy has won the competition during the Birofilia festival in June and is available in shops from 6th December.
However only 50 thousand 0.33 liter bottles of the beer brewed in Castle Brewery in Cieszyn according to the recipe of Jan Kryszak form Chorzów.
To produce this beer four kinds of malt, two kinds of hop and Irish moss were used.
Necessary products had to be imported from England, USA and Germany. The beer of Jan Krysiak has won with 134 other beers that entered the competition. As a reward he could produce a limited series of this beer in a professional brewery - "Życie Warszawy" reports.
