A Pole nominated for Golden Globe
The list of people nominated for Golden Globe Award, has already been announced. The bigger number of nominations has “Up in the Air”. There is also one Polish name on the list. It is Abel Korzeniowski who made music to “A Single Man”.
Polish musician was born in Cracow in 1972 and graduated from Music Academy, faculty – violin. The artist, whose master was Krzysztof Penderecki, has already been awarded with Golden Lions for “A big animal” and Golden Duck or Ludwik. According to well known Polish film magazine, Korzeniowski is believed to be one of the best music makers.
This time, Korzeniowski may be awarded with very prestigious award of Hollywood Foreign Press Association – Golden Globe that is said to be second most important prize after Oscar. Abel Korzeniowski was nominated for his music in “A Single Man”.
